In the final game it was Ryan's Renegades (Freshmen) against Klope's Fighting Illini (Sophomores). The Championship Game belonged to the Sophomore Class. After holding the Freshmen hitless and scoreless in the first inning, they pushed across three runs in the bottom of the first. They added two more runs in the second and another run in the third inning to take a 6-0 lead into the fourth and final inning. Despite a single from Freshman Kyleigh Ryan, the Freshmen just could not push a run across home plate. The Sophomores won 6-0 and claimed their seventh "Victory is Ours" trophy of the year.
