The Carrier Mills-Stonefort High School just held its 3rd Annual Talent Show on December 18. Eight different acts performed for the students, faculty, staff, administration and several parents in attendance. The program began with Jacob Reeves playing "The Star Spangled Banner" on his guitar. Act 1 was Junior Sammy Morris singing "I Don't Want to Be You Anymore" by Billie Eilish. Senior Nia Sternberg then performed her poetry speech, "To the Boy Who Works at the Starbucks Down by my House on Delmar Heights Road I Swear I'm Not a Stalker." Act 3 was Sophomore Colton Rice singing "Better Together" by Luke Combs. Junior Bailee Wright (last year's talent show champion) sang "Six Feet Under" by Billie Eilish. Sophomore Emmalee Fly sang "Burning House" by CAM. Act 6 was Freshman Anna Sturgill singing "One Day" by Tate McRae. Junior Bryer Reynolds stole the show with his version of the Johnny Cash classic, "Ring of Fire." The final act was Sophomores Jacob Reeves and Ethan Morse performing Green Day's "Basket Case." Jacob played the guitar and Ethan sang the lyrics.
