Graduation Caps and Diplomas

I just wanted to reach out to all of you, the Class of 2020, and let you know I have been thinking a lot about you over the past week. We started a journey together 8 years ago, I started my career as a principal in this district and you started as 5th grade students in the Jr. High wing at the Grade School.

I do not have a crystal ball, so I cannot predict what the next week or month or two months has in store for us, but I can promise you that we will have a graduation to honor the CMSF Class of 2020. You are too important to me to let this very special occasion go by without acknowledging all of your accomplishments. Plus, I finished your graduation speech in January, so I know you can’t wait to hear that (this is the part where you roll your eyes).

It may be May or June or July or August or even Christmas Break of next year, but we will have a graduation ceremony for you.

I hope you are all healthy and practicing social distancing as the Governor and President have requested.

If you have any questions, feel free to email me or call the school.

Stay Safe, Stay Healthy, Keep Learning, Go Wildcats!

Mr. Jerrell
