The Carrier Mills-Stonefort High School completed its sixth PBIS Event of the year. Homeroom Challenge #6: The Basketball Competition took place on March 4. Any student who followed the Rule of Five (Attend School, Learn Something New, Ask Questions, Tell the Truth, and Treat Others with Respect) from February 7 through March 4 were eligible to attend the event. The basketball competition had four different events: Class Participation, Speed Dribbling, Speed Passing, and a Hot Shot Competition.
Event #1 was class participation, so the percentage of students wearing their class colors to support their team then earned their class points. The Sophomore Class (DeNeal's Destroyers) won 1st Place and 10 points for their team, the Junior Class (Eisenhauer's Giant Killers) finished in 2nd Place and earned 8 points, the Freshmen Class (Waite's Warriors) earned 3rd Place and 6 points for their class, and in 4th Place was the Senior Class (Kuhlmann's Killaz) with 4 points.
