In Round #1 it was Eisenhauer's Giant Killers, the Sophomore Class (Nate Shafer and Carson VanDyke), vs. Cochran's Killers, the Juniors (Ethan Nielsen and Lane Boaz). The Sophomores got out to a quick 9-0 lead before the Juniors closed the gap to 9-11. The Sophomores took the lead again at 18-11. Needing just 3 more points for the victory, the Juniors stormed back to take a 19-18 lead. But, the Sophomores won the last round and claimed the 21-19 victory.
