Scholar Bowl

The Carrier Mills-Stonefort scholar bowl teams split their first home match of the season today against the Hardin County Cougars. 

The JV Wildcats (2-1) avenged their first loss of the season to the JV Cougars (1–1), winning 140-50 and never trailing during the match. Sophomore Jade Nalley led the team with 60 points. Freshman Brayden Harmon scored 50, and freshman Lilian Crawford scored 30.
The varsity Cats (2-1) endured their first loss of the season, falling 170-70 to the varsity Cougars (1-1). Nalley entered the match in the fourth quarter and scored 40 to lead the team. Senior Kaylee Horn, junior Brianna Cullers, and freshman Brayden Harmon each scored 10.
