Facing their toughest questions of the season at the Marion Invitational, the Carrier Mills-Stonefort scholar bowl team finished 5th out of 6 teams in total points on Saturday, Nov. 19. Freshman Lilian Crawford led the team with 100 points on the day. Senior Kaylee Horn, junior Brianna Cullers, and sophomore Jade Nalley each scored 50. And sophomore Cadence Boaz scored the first 10 points of her scholar bowl career.
Congratulations to Marion on winning their home tournament, and to fellow GEC rivals Galatia on their 2nd place finish.
The Wildcats (2-1) are off until Nov. 30 when we host NCOE, and Dec. 1 when we travel to Gallatin County.
