5th-6th grade basketball tryouts will be Tuesday, January 13 at 5:30-7:30pm. Any student 4th-6th grade can try out. Students must have a current physical and proof of insurance.
Carrier Mills-Stonefort Unit 2 Schools will dismiss tomorrow at 1:45 pm for Christmas break. Students will return to school on Tuesday, January 6. We want to wish you and your family a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

The Carrier Mills-Stonefort Elementary School Christmas Program will be on Thursday, December 18 at 9:30 am in the grade school gym. We hope everyone can attend to support our students.
Attention High School Students and Parents/Guardians: This Friday, December 5, is Picture Retake Day at the High School. Besides school pictures, we will also take team photos for Basketball, Cheerleading, and Scholar Bowl.
Bus 1 and 2 will be combined today. Please allow for different drop off times this afternoon.
Tonight is the first home basketball game of the season at the High School. We will play Herrin-Agape Christian. The Junior Varsity game will begin at 6:00 pm this evening. All parents/guardians should be informed that elementary (PreK-8th grade) students will not be allowed to attend home basketball games as spectators without a parent or guardian accompanying them to the game. Students cannot be dropped off to watch the game without adult supervision. If your child is dropped off or walks to the game without supervision, they will not be allowed to enter the game and the parent/guardian will be called to pick them up. Also, no elementary students may sit on the permanent bleachers without their adult to supervise them. Thank you, have a wonderful evening, and GO WILDCATS!
