The Carrier Mills Community Health Center will be offering school and sports physicals to Carrier Mills-Stonefort students at no out-of-pocket cost. School physicals will include vaccinations at no out-of-pocket cost. This service is for both new and established patients. If you would like to schedule an appointment, please call (618) 294-8246. Thursday, May 23 is the last day of school for Carrier Mills-Stonefort Unit 2 schools. Students will be dismissed at 12:00 pm. The grade school awards day will be at 9:00 am.
