Registration for ALL CMSF Unit 2 Students (both grade school and high school) will be held at the Carrier Mills-Stonefort Elementary School CAFETERIA this year. Registration will be during the week of July 18-22 and will follow the schedule below:
Registration for grades K-2 and 9th grade-Monday, July 18 7:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.
Registration for grades 3-5 and 10th grade-Tuesday, July 19 7:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.
Registration for grades 6-8 and 11th grade-Wednesday, July 20 7:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.
Registration for all elementary grades and 12th grade-Thursday, July 21 10:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.
Registration for all elementary and high school and new students-Friday, July 22 7:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m.
ALL students and parents participating in registration should enter through the CAFETERIA DOORS. Packets have been mailed with registration forms. Please bring those with you filled out to speed up the registration process. Blank forms will be available during registration as well.
Attention 6th-8th Grade Student Athletes: Try-Outs for the Jr. High Softball team will be held on July 15 and July 16 from 6:00-8:00 pm. Try-Outs for the Jr. High Baseball team will be held on July 25 from 5:30-7:30 pm. This is just a reminder, but you must have a current physical and proof of insurance in order to participate in extra-curricular activities. Please contact the Grade School if you have any questions.
Attention Wildcat Community: The Tri-State Food Bank will deliver bags of food, free of charge, to the Carrier Mills First Baptist Church on 306 N Main Street. Each bag contains​ the following: 2 breakfast items, 2 lunch entrees, 2 dinner entrees, 2 shelf-stable milks, 2 100% juice boxes, 2 snacks, and 4 fruit items. These free bags of food will be passed out each Friday from 3:00 pm-5:00 pm at the back parking lot of the church. We hope to see you this Friday!

Carrier Mills-Stonefort Elementary School will hold Dance Camp on August 4, 5, and 6 from 9:00 a.m.-11:30 a.m. This camp is for all students ages Pre-K to 8th Grade. The registration fee is $30 which includes a shirt and bow. Please bring a bottle of water. There will be no food allowed in the gym during the camp. Please wear tennis shoes for camp. You must fill out a form and sign a waiver when you bring your child on the first day of camp.
The Carrier Mills-Stonefort Junior High Softball Team will hold tryouts on Friday, July 15 and Saturday, July 16 at 6:00 p.m. Students must have a current physical to be eligible to participate in tryouts. Any CMSF girl going into grades 6-8 next year will be eligible to try out. Athletes must attend both tryout sessions to be considered for the team. Please email the grade school athletic director, Mr. Vinyard, at bvinyard@cmsfcats.org or call the grade school if you have additional questions.

Reminder to parents of CMSF Summer School Students: Summer School will not be in session on Fridays. Breakfast and Lunch will not be served either. Summer School will resume on Monday, June 13. Have a good weekend!
Attention High School Parents/Guardians: Report Cards are now available for pick-up in the High School office. The Summer Hours are: Monday-Thursday from 6:30 am to 1:00 pm and Friday from 6:30 am to 12:00 pm. Please contact the high school office if you have any questions about your young adult's report card (618-994-2392).
Attention Grade School Parents/Guardians: Grade Cards were sent home with the students on Friday, May 27. If you do not have your child's grade card, you may pick it up in the Grade School office (see summer hours above). Please contact the grade school office if you have any questions about your child's report card (618-994-2413).
Also, you may view your student's grades through PowerSchool at any time.
Attention Parents/Guardians: The Carrier Mills-Stonefort Summer School program will begin on Monday, June 6. This program will run from Monday through Thursday each week from 8:00 am-11:30 am. Summer School will not be in session on Monday, June 20 for the Juneteenth Holiday and Summer School will end on Thursday, June 30. We have around 100 Kindergarten-11th Grade students signed up to attend Summer School this year and we are excited to begin the program next week. If you have any questions about the program, please contact the Grade School at (618) 994-2413 or the High School at (618) 994-2392.
Also, the CMSF cooks will provide a breakfast and a lunch to those students in attendance. If your child and/or young adult would like a breakfast or a lunch Monday-Thursday in June, and they will not be in attendance at summer school, please contact the Grade School at (618) 994-2413. All meals will be available for pick-up in the CMSF Grade School Cafeteria.

Attention Parents: Due to the high winds today we have several trees that are down in Stonefort and in Carrier Mills. We have been made aware that a tree is down on North Battleford Road in Stonefort, on Town Park Road in Carrier Mills, and on Carrier Mills Road. Due to trees being across roads, our busses may be a little later than usual getting your student home. Please contact the bus company, Robinson Transport, at (618) 252-6577 if you have any questions.

Carrier Mills-Stonefort High School Awards Day will be on Tuesday, May 24 at 11:00 a.m. in the high school gym. This has been changed from the original date of Wednesday, May 25. Sorry for the inconvenience.
The baseball regional game for today has been postponed until tomorrow. The bus will leave tomorrow at 4:00 p.m.
Attention: All Students, Parents and Guardians all district Chromebooks that were sent home with students in January should be returned this Friday, May 20, 2022.
The Carrier Mills-Stonefort High School Class of 2022 Graduation Ceremony will be tonight, May 13, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. on the softball field. Limited seating is available but we encourage everyone to bring a lawn chair for the ceremony.
The Carrier Mills-Stonefort High School sports banquet will be on tonight, Thursday, May 12 at 6:00 p.m. in the grade school gym.
