This is a reminder that the Dental Safari Company will be here next Friday, March 10th. If you want to see your child, please complete the consent form and return it to school by Tuesday, March 7th. ALL students in grades K, 2, 6, and 9 are required to have a Dental Exam turned in by May 15th. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact Nurse Shaina.
Attention Volleyball Parents: Please have your student at the grade school by 4:15 p.m. this evening. The bus will leave at 4:30 p.m.
Attention volleyball parents: The volleyball game for tomorrow night against Gallatin Co. will now start at 4:15 p.m. We will only play a JV and Varsity game. We are doing this to accommodate Gallatin Co. with their high school basketball team playing in the sectionals.
Attention volleyball parents: We are now canceling the game for tomorrow evening. We will only play Gallatin on the other scheduled date.
All Young Authors Books must be turned in by tomorrow, February 24, 2023. Please have students turn these into their teachers by 3:00 pm tomorrow. Thank you to all who participated.
Attention Middle School Volleyball Parents: Tomorrow night's game at Gallatin Co. has been moved up to 4:00 p.m. with NO 6th grade game being played. The bus will now leave at 3:00 p.m. We did this to accommodate Gallatin Co. since their high school boys basketball team is playing for the regional championship. Sorry for the late notice.
Attention 5/6th Grade Basketball Parents: The game against Gallatin Co., tomorrow, Feb. 22nd has been canceled. Their high school team is playing in the regionals.
8th Grade Cap and Gown Money is due tomorrow, February 22, 2023.

5th Grade Basketball Parents: Here is the bracket for the upcoming Eldorado Tournament. Our first game will be on Monday, Feb. 27th, at 7:30. The bus will leave the grade school at 6:30.

Carrier Mills-Stonefort Unit 2 Elementary School will hold spring Pre-School Screenings on March 14 and 15 at the elementary school. Please call the elementary school office (618) 994-2413 to schedule a pre-school screening for your child. Your child must be age 3 on or before the date of the screening to be eligible to be screened.
Carrier Mills-Stonefort Unit 2 Schools will not be in session on Friday, February 17 for parent teacher conferences held last week and Monday, February 20 for President's Day.
Just a reminder: The CMSF Grade School and High School offices will not be accepting any Valentine deliveries. All of the local flower and specialty shops are aware of this request. Thank you in advance for your assistance in this matter.
This is just a reminder, but the High School Wall of Fame Ceremony is tonight at 6:00 pm in the gym. Those students that are eligible for the Wall of Fame received a letter in the mail several weeks ago. We hope to see you tonight at 6:00 pm!
Attention 5th/6th basketball parents: Tonight's game against Pope Co. has been canceled. We will now play on Friday, Feb. 17th at 6:00 p.m. Pope Co. The Pope Co. team has too many players out sick today.
Attention Parents and Guardians: School is in session today for Carrier Mills-Stonefort.
The Carrier Mills-Stonefort High School Senior Night will be held this Friday, February 10 vs. Hardin County. Before the game, all senior student athletes, along with their parents/guardians, will have their picture taken (5:30 pm outside of Mrs. Craig's classroom). Before the varsity game begins at 6:00 pm, the seniors and their parents/guardians will be introduced. At halftime of the varsity game, we will have the Wildcat Free Throw Contest sponsored by Zack Street Plumbing. All CMSF High School students that attend the game will be allowed to enter a drawing. 16 students will be selected to shoot one free throw for cash. We hope to see everyone at the game this Friday!
Attention Wildcats: Punxsutawney Phil saw his shadow for six more weeks of winter weather this morning, so we will have one more snow day tomorrow. School will not be in session for Carrier Mills-Stonefort on Friday, February 3. Have a wonderful weekend, we will see everyone on Monday, February 6!
Parents and players: The 5/6th grade game against NCOE is cancelled for tomorrow, Feb. 2nd. We will let you know if we can schedule a make-up game.
